Yes we do. We have americano, latte, espresso, double espresso, using freshly ground coffee as well as mocha, hot chocolate and others. Also, as Rofoods, we have solutions with various coffee machines and vending machines. Purchases are made using the app.
We can only provide payment via our application at RoFoods stands. We can also provide card payment methods for vending machines in areas where more security is needed. In some vending machines, both RoFoods and staff cards can be valid. Personnel ID and departments, cost centers can be defined within our Rofoods app andaccordingly, you can get various reports.
Stand fillings will be carried out by our logistics team. In case of malfunction, we direct service for the refrigerator cabinet, coffee machine and microwave oven. In case of a problem in the mobile application, our software team intervenes immediately.
Limits can be decided mutally with the company client. The situation of each of our locations is different.

Firstly; You need to install the Rofoods application on your phone from the Apple store or Google Play Store. You have to fill in a registration form with your Name Surname, e-mail address and phone number through the application.
Going to the Rofoods cashierless market in your location;
* Scan the barcode on the back of the product you want to buy or the QR code on our cabinets from the application.
* If you have other products to add to your cart, add them.
* After clicking the Continue button, choose which payment method you will use on the payment page.
* When you click the complete payment button, your transaction will be completed.
App usage required for shopping. There is no option to purchase with cash.
The methods by which you can pay;
a) Rocard: It is a payment method that you can use by adding your credit, debit or virtual card in the application and transferringfunds, with a minimum of 20 TL.
b) Ro Gift Card: Companies can add balances for their employees to use which can be valid for a specific time

e) Meal Cards: While using the Rofoods application, you can make all your payments using Setcard, Multinet, Sodexo, MetropolCard and Ticket.
Yes, you can delete any card that has been added to our app.
We follow the strictest procedures to keep your personal information safe. We protect and store your personal information within the scope of KVKK (Turkish Privacy Law). Your credit and debit card information is stored in the Iyzico system (our credit card virtual POS provider).
Yes, Rofoods offers 5-6 different campaigns every month. In addition, we have personalized campaigns when suitable.

You can contact us for your complaints and suggestions from the contact screen in our application. In case of product return, you can reach us for your return process through our application.
In order for our customers to use the application, camera and location service permissions must be turned on. The camera is used to read the products. The location is required to see which store is shopping from and for stock controls.
